Knit Norwegian sweaters for the Holiday Season
Close your eyes and fast forward to the holidays - and then let me spin the rock and knit you a picture ...
Let me knit you a picture!
We are about 4 months from now, and once again it is Christmas and the Holiday Season.
You and your loved ones are about to open presents.
There are 1 or perhaps 2 of those presents that make you feel a bit extra excited this year - because what is inside these presents, is made by YOU.
The Holiday Season is magic!
Imagine you adding even more magic to it with your needles - magic you never thought you could create!
You see where I am going, right? Are you feeling it?
Are you feeling the excitement, waiting for your loved ones to unwrap those presents - a sweater or cardigan if you like, knitted in your favorite colors - or the receivers favorite I suppose - with your favorite yarn!
Every single stitch is done by you, can you feel the satisfaction, the happiness, the wonderful experience of having learned something new and mastering it?
The feeling of having knitted the present and seeing the gratitude in the eyes of your loved as they open and try on the knitted garment - and don't forget the feeling when someone comes up to you and asks "where have you bought that beautiful sweater?" ... and you answer "I made that myself"!
I am telling you, that feeling is totally AWESOME!

The key to get started on your magical Norwegian knitting journey is lying right in front of you - and it can change your life forever
Learning to knit is a lifelong journey, you never really stop learning and what makes it even more magical is that it is a bit like cycling, when you know how to do it, you never forget, you just learn new tricks. And those new tricks will all make your journey even more magical.
It is YOUR time now - to create some magic!
Never again will you:
- think that you cannot do this
- feel scared and overwhelmed about taking on a project with lots of color work
- wonder about what needles to use or what yarn
- be scared of fancy finishing or of projects being too much
From now on it is ALL about you:
- enjoying the journey and feeling the knitting joy
- seeing your beautiful garments on you loved ones
- feeling proud and happy that you can create something that beautiful
- being able to pass on wonderful knitted garments that will live for decades
- maybe even pass on the wonderful knitting techniques to new generations
- creating something wonderful with your hands
A few weeks from now ...

... you will master and enjoy every single magical step as you knit your beautiful fitted Norwegian sweater to gift or keep - and from now on you will get it right every single time!

... you will feel the joy of being able to cut your knitting and make any sweater into a cardigan - without fear of destroying anything.
... have grown from lots of joy, experience and teaching in our knitting huddles and perhaps you have gained some new friends for life
Who am I?
I am Anne, a Norwegain and has been knitting since the 1970s. I know, it is a long time ago. And it is I who will be your guide on this fantastic journey.
Today I live and breathe for creativity and knitting and especially traditional Norwegian knitting. I design patterns and arrange knitting events and teach you how to master all the techniques you need to make a proper Norwegian sweater. As much as I love knitting myself, I might love even more motivate and help others to learn the skills and to experience the same wonderful feeling of mastering the Norwegian knitting designs.
And I am really looking forward to getting to know you and see you elevate your knitting skills to new heights and getting to love and enjoy this as much as I do!

Anne is really good on communication, and extremely helpful. She is always in a good mood and laughs a lot. She makes me believe that I can actually do this and cheers me on even though I am a slow knitter and need my time. A positive person all the way through ☺️🙏🏻.
